Zen-Time with Lactium® has been formulated with Lactium® and two other key nutrients known to contribute to normal psychological health; vitamin B6 and magnesium. Vitamin B6 is known to contribute to psychological wellbeing probably through an ability to regulate subtle chemical pathways in the brain. Magnesium is a mineral involved in regulating the stress response, known to promote relaxation, easing fear, nervousness, restlessness and irritability.

If you are a person who needs a general 'chill-pill' the best way to use Zen-Time with Lactium® is a straight forward 1 capsule, twice a day.
If you are suffering from broken or poor sleep you may wish to initially take the capsules during the day for a trial period to see if by easing overall stress and anxiety your sleep pattern returns. After a trial 10-days or so you could introduce an extra capsule or two around 40 minutes before bed for an extra boost.
Lactium® is derived from casein (a milk protein) so it is best to take the capsules before or between food to optimize absorption.
The Lactium® in Zen-Time is lactose free but anyone with a severe casein allergy is advised to avoid the product to be on the safe side.
